IMAGINE a previous time, (the 1930's to be exact), now imagine a
'old-south' riverfront village in God's Great Smoky
Mountains. IMAGINE each shop, taking you back to a time
when shop owners hand crafted their wares, where you may very
likely catch shop owners blowing glass into beautiful 'no two alike'
creations, maybe a candle maker with pots of melted wax dipping

the stores with balconies overlooking the Little Pigeon River,
and just short jaunt below where you can just continue living
the life of the 1930's, in Belle Island Village (A
'VILLAGE-WITHIN-A-CITY') complete with regularly scheduled
street musicians and street characters, (keep a SPECIAL eye out
for "Belle" The Otter, you never quite know when she
will show up???) NOW lets continue strolling along Main
Street shop after unique shop, each with its own little 'story'
unique to this area...and unique to anywhere else in the WORLD
